All items represented for sale on this site are the property of Molly Murrah. If you would like to purchase a painting, contact the artist directly.
Shipping and handling charges, plus any insurance and Washington state sales tax, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All purchases are guaranteed if artwork is returned in the same condition it was received within fifteen (15) business days from the date of delivery. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with the return of artwork.

Molly Murrah retains all copyrights associated with this website and any paintings or other art purchased from her. Molly may reproduce any of her artwork, whether sold, donated, or gifted, in part or in full in any form for sale or distribution at her discretion.
The purchaser has the right to sell or gift the purchased artwork. All copyrights held by Molly Murrah will continue to be held by her, regardless of present or future ownership of the original piece.
